• We promote bottom-up approach to development and community ownership of any programme that affect their lives

• We remain principally sensitive to the moral values, religion, customs, traditions, and culture of the communities serve and people we work with.
• We principally work to leave no one behind in our community supports and decision-making processes.
• We principally uphold the continuous learning that contribute to the achievement of a quality work
• We are principally accountable to the communities, authorities and partners or donors in the implementation of our programmes.
• We encourage innovation, creativity and sound management of resources.
