1. Created several community awareness campaigns on community security/policing, peacebuilding, gender based violence supported by Community Security & Peace Project and family planning, HIV/Aids in Aweil Town, Aweil West and Aweil North Counties supported by HIV/Aid Community Awareness and Counselling Project
2. Established Seven (7) Community Action Groups (CAGs) in Aweil Town for community security and peace project (CSP) and four (4) farmers groups in Aweil West County for Community-Led Improved Food Security Project (CLIP Project)
3. Trained Seven (7) Community Action Groups (CAGs) in community security/policing, conflict & gender sensitivity, crime prevention, conflict resolution & peacebuilding, tolerance-building, meeting coordination/facilitation, partnership, networking, community engagement and awareness raising skills in Aweil Town using Community Security & Peace Project funds
4. Implemented some community action plans directly and indirectly through coordination with other agencies using our Actors Mapping tool and community engagement in Aweil Town
5. Facilitated monthly meetings of Community Action Groups (CAGs) for all groups since September 2014 up to presence or throughout project period in Aweil Town
6. Conducted several community dialogues as well as authorities to resolved communal issues in Aweil Town
7. Coordinated peacebuilding meetings between formal and informal authorities and services provided in Aweil Town
8. Built the capacity of 135 farmers on farming, small business and marketing coordination skills
9. Formed and trained water user committee members on water points management skills and sustainability mechanisms
10. Fenced community water points and rehabilitated some boreholes.
