General Assembly is the supreme authority of the CIPAD that is consisted with 25 members. General Assembly brings any amendment in the organizational structure. It confirms the yearly organizational activities and accounts. General Assembly elects the 07 members Board of Directors for two years’ period. General Assembly meets once a year during its Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors is responsible and accountable to General Assembly for its work and organizational management. The Board is not an Executive Board but act in a supervisory manner. It supervises the organizational management via Executive Director.
Board of Directors appoints Executive Director who is the secretary of the Board to performs the leadership and management functions and guides the staff members as assigned by the Board of Directors. Executive Direct runs the day-today business of the organization. He/she is accountable for effective smooth functioning of the organizational activities to the Board of Directors by reporting Quarterly to the Board during the quarterly meetings of the year.
The senior staff works under the direct supervision of the Executive Director. The project in charge and coordinators works under the supervision of Program Manager. Project Coordinators and in charge lead the projects in consultation of program manager and Executive Director. In Coordination meeting, the Executive Director presides over the meeting and takes all the important decisions in a participatory manner. He/she can delegate staff to represent organizations within and outside organization premises.
