2days Training of Fifty-Eight (58) Participants on Business and Financial Literacy Skill Conducted in Aweil, from 7th-8th Sept 2023
Community Initiative for Partnership and Development (CIPAD) in collaboration with Conduct and Discipline Team (CDT) of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) and Community Based Complaint Mechanism (CBCM), has organised and conducted 2days training of fifty-eight (58) victims of sexual exploitation and abuse on business and financial literacy skills. All participants were females. CBCM Focal Point witnessed the training on behalf of CDT.
The training took place at Aweil Grand Hotel from 7th– 8th of September 2023 in Aweil Town, Northern Bahr El Ghazal State, Republic of South Sudan.
The objectives of the training were to:
- To enhanced participants’ knowledge and skills on basic business and financial management
- To orient participants on the purpose of the income generating support that will be provided by the project after the training
- To orient participants on importance of and how to sustain the income generating support that will be provided by the project after the training.
